Our Indianapolis Truck Auction Information


All bidders must register in advance with Manheim Indianapolis. If you plan on bidding online, you must be registered with Manheim before sale day to have bidding privileges. If you plan on attending in-lane, you must be registered with Manheim prior to entering the auction. No exceptions. Effective May 1, 2023, bidding for public buyers will be on Equipment facts. Public bidders are required to pay a $5,000 refundable deposit via cashier’s check or money order when bidding in person. All items sold “as is, where is” without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.


9AM-5PM on Tuesday and 8AM-5PM on Wednesday. 


We only accept cashier checks, money orders, and bank/wire transfers. We DO NOT accept credit cards, cash, or third-party payments from financing/loan agencies. Any associated credit cards for bidding are only for security deposit purposes and cannot be used for paying in any form. Bidders can fax the bank letter to 317-862-8623.
